Kepada pengemar ikan talapia,bolehlah datang ke sedim mai pekena ikan talapia gunung.isi ikan talapia gunung ini tidak berbau hanyir dan pasti menambat hati pengemar ikan talapia ini.
Selain itu.kepada penternakan ikan juga boleh melihat sendiri bagaimana ikan talapia gunung ini di ternakan.disini juga kita menawarkan kursus pembenihan ikan talapian gunung.

Pertandingan Bowling Antara K1M Di Daerah Kulim
Makluman kepada semua pengerusi K1M didaerah Kulim.
Pertandingan Bowling Antara K1M di daerah Kulim akan diadakan seperti berikut:
Tarikh : 13 Mei 2012
Masa : 2 petang
Tempat : Ole-Ole Bowling , Kulim
1 team : 3 orang sahaja(boleh campur lelaki @perempuan)
Setiap K1M dikehendaki menghantar 2 team.
Pertandingan ini adalah anjuran bersama K1M Mukim Sedim,K1M Mukim Karangan dan K1M Padang Meiha

MK.Sedim FC
Tahniah kepada pasukan futsal Mk Sedim kerana telah berjaya mendapat tempat ketiga dalam Pertandingan Futsal 2012 anjuran Pejabat Belia Dan Sukan Daerah Kulim .Pertandingan ini diadakan pada 21 April 2012 di ARENA Sport Kulim.Sebanyak 42 pasukan telah menyertai pertandingan futsal ini.
Keputusan penuh pertandingan futsal ini:
Tempat Pertama : Pasukan Arena
Tempat Kedua : LBFC
Tempat Ke 3 : Mk Sedim FC ( medal + wang tunai RM500)

HOW TO GET TO SUNGAI SEDIM
The frothy fast flowing rapids at Sedim River Recreation Park near Karangan, 30km from Kulim, is a great eco-tourism draw for stressed-out minds and tired bodies.
Picnicking is a popular family activity here as the recreational park has basic
infrastructure and facilities such as chalets, changing rooms, public toilets and food stalls. Adventurous visitors can test their endurance by taking on the rapids with rafting, kayaking or canoeing while the less daring can opt for soft adventure activities like bird watching.
Strolling along the world's longest 925m long “Tree Top Walk” which is further into the park's forest.The canopy walk promises visitors a breathtaking aerial view of the rapids, some 50m below. During the walk amid the tree tops, lucky visitors may get to see various species of colorful small birds while enjoying the sounds of gushing rapids and jungle creatures. Other activities at the park include jungle trekking as there are a few jungle trails suitable for trekking.These trails lead to nearby peaks such as Gunung Inas, Gunung Bintang Utara, Gunung Bintang and Banjaran Bintang.

5 hours drive from Kuala Lumpur via
PLUS Highway > Exit Juru Toll > Butterworth-Kulim Expressway (BKE) > Kulim
Hi-Tech Park > Karangan > Sedim.
BY ROAD
From Kuala Lumpur - a 5 hour drive takes you to Kulim, then proceed 30 kms
to Karangan/Sedim (Please look up for Hutan Lipur Sungai Sedim signboard).
From Penang / Alor Setar- please take the Butterworth-Kulim Expressway (BKE),
exit Kulim Hi-Tech Park, proceed about 30 kms to Karangan/Sedim
